    1 I think this is a side-effect of #722. The `AutoProcessing=ReProcess` is set by the auto-confirmation service for failed jobs. It doesn't matter if the job is started manually or by the auto-confirmation after a cufflinks run. This causes the raw bioassay to appear in the 'Gene report' wizard again and the `AutoProcessing` annotation is reset if started from there (as it creates a new job). Using the regular BASE gui to restart the same job doesn't reset the `AutoProcessing` annotation.
