    1 Reggie should be updated to include a sample processing report generator, producing a report similar to the one produced today for the SCAN-B project using an R script. The latter report consists of a number of box plots showing the statistical distribution of various quantities related to the sample processing. The box plots shows the statistics per quarter and per month for the selected time period.
