The HE glass registration wizard should have comment fields — at Initial Version

Description
There should be one comment field for the paraffin block in the second step and one comment for each of the slides in the third step.
In the second step, the comment field can simply be added last in the form.
In the last step, each comment field should be below the storage box/position field for each of the HE slides.
The comments should be saved in the 'description' field for the bioplates. Note that the wizard supports updating the information so that it must be retrieved from existing bioplates and made visible in the gui.
