VirtualArray should activate "average on reporter" setting — at Initial Version

Description
The configuration file for VirtualArray (http://baseplugins.thep.lu.se/browser/plugins/base1/se.lu.onk.VirtualArray/trunk/lib/pluginVirtualArray.base) currently has geneAverages 0. This is incorrect since the plug-in needs averaged data. The setting should be changed to geneAverages 1.
This setting can be manually changed after installation by starting a configuration wizard for the plug-in configuration. Make sure to NOT select a file in the first step and then set "Average on reporters=true" in the second step.
