    1 Make sure that DASL arrays can be used in BASE. Detection p-value calculation is slightly different for DASL as compared to expression arrays. DASL is 2-channel based ... but is it effectively 2-channel after root bioassay creation?
     1Make sure that DASL arrays can be used in BASE. Detection p-value calculation is slightly different for DASL as compared to expression arrays. DASL is 2-channel based ... for custom arrays. Illumina stock arrays are 1-channel. We have successfully imported DASL arrays into BASE with no changes. This ticket is resolved as invalid.
