Description (last modified by )
When entering the "Secondary analysis cleanup" wizard it will make a quick count of items that are found in the trashcan and their child items. The example below is when there is a single demux that has been marked for deletion. The demux has been aligned and there are also rawbioassays.
There are currently 1 such derived bioassays and 0 raw bioassays with 144 child bioassay items.
The confusing part here is that the message says that there are 0 raw bioassays. A manual count finds that there are actually 120 child derived bioassays and 24 raw bioassays.
After checking the code it became clear that the 1 derived bioassay and 0 raw bioassays are the numbers found in the trashcan and the 144 child items are the total child items of any type. So, the count is correct but I think the presentation could be better. For example:
There are currently 1 such derived bioassays with 120 child items and 24 raw bioassays.
It would also be nice if there number of linked files could be counted.
