    1 The configuration file for VirtualArray (http://baseplugins.thep.lu.se/browser/plugins/base1/se.lu.onk.VirtualArray/trunk/lib/pluginVirtualArray.base) currently has `geneAverages 0`. This is incorrect since the plug-in needs averaged data. The setting should be changed to `geneAverages 1`.
