 * Set the `LibPrepTarget` annotation to either `Manual` or `NeoPrep` for all normalization protocols. Also make sure that the `RNATargetAmount` and `RNATargetVolume` is set for the protocols. `RNAMinimalAmount` is optional.
 * Check the project default items and make sure that one protocol of each type (Manual/!NeoPrep) is included as a default item. These protocols are used by default by the "Library preparation design" wizards.
