== 1. Install new pipeline script ==

The `nextseq_status.sh` script is a new script that is used by the auto-analyze functionality to retrieve information about how the sequencing is going. It works with !NextSeq sequencing data only. Download the script from http://baseplugins.thep.lu.se/browser/other/pipeline/trunk and save it on the computation cluster in the location specified by the `<pipeline-scripts><path>` setting in `reggie-config.xml`.
