Description
INCA import should create a trimmed tab-delimited file with synonymized data for analysis outside Reggie/BASE. The new file should be based on the tab-delimited file used for INCA import, with the following differences:
- Accrued entries should have personal numbers exchanged for the patient ID in the SCAN-B database.
- Apart from columns with headers "
PAT_ID", "PERSNR", and "PersonalNo", only data in columns corresponding to INCA annotation types should be included.
