This ticket is the master ticket for the multiple wizards that are needed to pool libraries and prepare a flow cell for sequencing. Further discussion is needed before we know exactly how this is going to work.

  1. (#485) Select libraries for pooling
  2. (#479) Generate a lab protocol for the pooling+flow cell
  3. (#480) Register created pools
  4. (#481) Register the flow cell(s) as completed and ready for sequencing

Added PooledLibrary, FlowCell and other related subtypes to installation wizard.

Added link to lab protocol wizard.
