This ticket is the master ticket for the multiple wizards that are needed to pool libraries and prepare a flow cell for sequencing. Further discussion is needed before we know exactly how this is going to work.

  1. (#479) Generate a lab protocol for the pooling+flow cell
  2. (#480) Register created pools
  3. Register the flow cell(s) as completed and ready for sequencing
