This ticket is the master ticket for the multiple wizards that are needed to pool libraries and prepare a flow cell for sequencing. Further discussion is needed before we know exactly how this is going to work.
- (#479) Generate a lab protocol for the pooling+flow cell
- Register created pools
- Register the flow cell(s) as completed and ready for sequencing
