There are three main answers: Yes / No / Not asked The ""Not asked"" option is more or less equivalent to a ""No"". The case number is printed as a barcode on the form and this is used to start the wizard. There are two outcomes: 1. The case is found in BASE. This means that we have already registered specimen tubes, case and patient info. The only ""valid"" option on the consent for is ""Yes"". The operator should confirm this before it is stored as an annotation on the case. If the answer is not ""Yes"" some kind of manual action has to be taken to verify what should happen to the information already registered in BASE. 2. The case is not found in BASE. The only ""valid"" options are ""No"" and ""Not asked"". The operator should confirm this before a new case is created and the answer is stored as an annotation. If the answer is ""Yes"", this wizard can't continue. The ""Personal information registration"" needs to be completed first to ensure that the proper relationship with specimen tubes, case and patient information is setup. If the ""Not asked"" option is selected a subsection is activated with some more detail about why the patient was not asked. There is a list of predefined answers as well as an ""other"" category with a free text field. In all cases this information should be stored in the description field of the case. The ""Personal registration wizard"" should also be modified to know about the ""Consent"" annotation and it should not be possible to update information about a case where the ""Consent"" annotation exists and the answer isn't ""Yes"". In all cases the ""!ConsentDate"" should also be registered. ",task, closed, major,Reggie v1.3,net.sf.basedb.reggie,fixed,,
