Tab2MageExporter
Short description
From a BASE2 Experiment Item, the plugin exports the experimental metadata as a tab2mage specification compliant file.
Long description
The Tab2MageExporter plugin exports experimental metadata and annotations as a tab2mage file. The tab2mage specification is provided by the Microarray Informatics Team at the EBI, Cambridge.
The Tab2MageExporter plugin is started from the Experiment Item View Page. Hence, the user needs to create an experiment and all the annotations and parameters first. To execute the plugin, select and click on an experiment, click on the export tab and follow subsequent instructions from the wizard.
Prerequisites
Base 2.2 and above. For the latest release Change Log, you would need BASE 2.4.6. See the documentation section below for more details.
