Updating to Reggie 3.4

1. mRNA dilution protocol incompatibilities

Before updating to Reggie 3.4 make sure that there are no mRNA plates waiting for dilution.

Ticket #764 adds support for NeoPrep and manual TruSeq. Since this uses a less RNA than the dUTP protocol dilution protocol must support "large mixes" (to avoid going below the 1µl limit). This makes the dilution calculations for the mRNA dilution protocol more complex and also incompatible with mRNA plates created be earlier Reggie versions.
