Updating to Reggie 2.15.2

The following items should be performed BEFORE updating to Reggie 2.15.2.

1. Rename CA_Molarity annotation to Library_Molarity_Est

The CA_Molarity annotation currently contains calculated molarity values based on the average fragment size (CA_Size) and Qubit concentration measurements (QubitConc). Starting with Reggie 2.15.2 all CA_* annotation are values imported from the Caliper well table file. The calculated values are stored in Library_Molarity_Est instead.
