Description

The regular intensity calculator can be used but only for copying the mean intensity. If background correction is wanted we need a plug-in that can use the negative controls to find the background and subtract this from the intensities.

Change sets 669, 679, and 688 fixes this ticket. The change sets adds a background correction plug-in to be run after creation of the root bioassay set.
