See http://base.thep.lu.se/ticket/2050 for information about adding support for subtypes on jobs.
We should define new subtypes for Demux, Alignment and Cufflinks jobs. To begin with it is mainly useful for easier filtering of jobs in the web client but we are going to need this for reacting to job-complete signals from the Open Grid extension (see #904) when the integration with that is done (see #905).
