Description
Needed for SNP data from the Illumina platform. The raw files are to be stored as files only in the raw data section. Initially data will be retrieved from the files and stored in the dynamic tables. We plan to support files in the analysis section of BASE in future releases. This will remove the need to store these huge files also in the dynamic database in the future.
