Incorrect counter on reggie start page

Description
Some of the counters on the Reggie start page are sometimes showing incorrect numbers. It seems like zeroes that should be displayed just after the thousand separator are missing. For example, if the count is 7002, 7,2 is displayed. 7102 is displayed correctly.
