Description
The current wizards require that the case-id is known. It would be better to list all cases that is currently somewhere in the retraction process.
They should be listed in a table together with some of the important information (eg. sent/received dates) and if the case is ready-for-destruction or not.
Entering more information could be implemented as a popup edit dialog.
The two wizards can then be merged into a single wizard.

The retraction follow up wizard has been modified to display all current patients/cases that are in the retraction process. The "edit" functionality has been kept as step 2 in the wizard instad of moving to a popup.
The wizard has been prepared for the "destruct" part but this has not yet been implemented.
