     5Seems like the mRNA wizard will allow all pre-normalized RNA to be included but with a warning if the quantity is too low. The lab protocol doesn't make any checks either but will incorrect volumes.

    57The mRNA wizard need to be aware of the different library preparation protocols and only auto-select RNA that is for the intended use. Exactly how to do this needs to be investigated.
