Description
We need wizard for creating a lab protocol when running RNAQC on BioAnalyzer. This is used for re-running RNA items that got a low RQS on the Caliper. Typically, the RNA extracts must be fetched from the freezer for taking an aliquot so the protocol must include the freezer positions.
It must also be possible to record the measured RIN values on the protocol together with comments since there is no file import in the registration step.
