New reporter annotations

Description
The default GTF file we use (UCSC_hg38_knownGenes_22sep2014.gtf) has been updated with new annotation. We need to add some more properties to the reggie-extended-properties.xml file and update the reporter import configuration.
Note however that the existing configuration will not be updated automatically due to lack of support in the BASE core API. It should be renamed or deleted before updating Reggie or manually re-configured to match the new GTF file afterwards.
