Move debug utilities to a toolbar at bottom of page

Description
In some wizards there are debug utilities, for example, for generating a fake nano-drop file in the extraction registration wizard or the 'Simulate session timeout' on the same page.
The utilities are part of the regular gui and may not look so good at all times.
It would be nice if we could move all such features to a "toolbar" at the bottom of the page.

Fixed on the extraction registration page. The "Fake NanoDrop file" button is moved from the main form.
It should also be fixed on all pages which use the keep-session-alive feature, so that the 'simulate session timeout' is added to the toolbar when debugging.
