Include analysis information in the case summary

The case summary currently goes down to 'Sequencing run' items. We should add information about merged, masked and aligned sequences as well.

It should not be very difficult, except that the summary page is getting overloaded with information. It might need a re-design to make it easier to find relevant information. But this should maybe be a separate ticket...
