Implement a fake data generator for Qubit and Caliper files used in the Library registration wizard

Description
This wizard is very difficult to test since it require data files from the Qubit and Caliper. In the typical test scenario the current library plate has also been generated by testing and there is no real library plate that matches the layout of the test plate.
If debug mode is enabled, it would be nice to have a button that can "Crete Qubit and Caliper" files. and fill them with some reasonable data values.
