Different default values in 'Blood registration wizard' depending on site

Description

The information that we receive regarding blood sample from Uppsala is a bit different than what we receive from the other sites.

  • There is no time part for the 'Sampling date'. The wizard should automatically fill in 0000.
  • There is no information about 'Freezer date'. The wizard should not fill in the sampling date in the field.
  • The 'Plasma/serum' checkbox should not be checked.
