reggie QC wizard for additional QC measurements outside of routine

Typical use case (applied on DNA or RNA extract) is extra NanoDrop reading. Reggie extension would ask for extract analyzed, e.g. xxxx.r for a RNA extract. User can then input quantity used (in ul) and the regular Nanodrop results (conc, and two ratios). The reggie extension then creates the QC aliquot with all the trimmings (annotations for results and operator and dates) and also keeps track of quantity used from parent extract.

Extended use case is the same thing but inputting results from a bioanalyzer run. Additional complication is upload of result file (pdf for storage only no import).
