    66 1. The number of columns will change (normally it will increase).
    77 2. The headers of some columns that existed in previous INCA files have changed. Specifically, some columns used to map lines in the INCA file to SCAN-B case items are affected.
    8  3. The management of internal new line and tab characters are now handled by the conversion program, and the INCA importer has to be adapted to this, in order for the imported values to be consistent with other BASE exporters. The conversion program will encode newline, tabs, and backslash characters to `\n`, `\t`, `\\`, respectively. The INCA importer should decode these values back to the original characters, when an INCA annotation is updated.
