Description

The first version was implemented in #480. Due to changes in the create pool wizard (#503 and #504) we need to modify the pool registration wizard as well.

Added 'PoolDate' annotation and clarified that the date is the pool date in registration wizard.

Improved performance when loading library plate information for pools. There is no need to load the individual libraries in all pools. Better to only use the code developed for #502 in [2090] to load library bioplates directly.
