Design update:

  • The 'Plasma/serum' checkbox is managed in JSP script bloodform.jsp in reggie/resources/. The default is changed to "checked".

(In [1773]) Fixes #444. The 'Plasma/serum' checkbox in JSP script bloodform.jsp in reggie\resources\ updated to have the checkbox checked by default.
