The NoSpecimen items are stored without values for laterality. This is about to change with #399. Already existing items need to be manually updated (using a batch import). This should be done after Reggie 2.7 has been released and installed. A document with 'update notes' should be created with a description how to do this. See net.sf.basedb.reggie.notes27.

Updated laterality for NoSpeciment items using laterality from paren case (12june2012). 49 NoSpeciment items still without laterality sice parent case lack laterality.
