I think there is a big problem with the current code base. The "same" class is found in more than one project. There is for example several classes in the uk.ac.ebi.nugo.common package that appears in all four projects including the two Tab2Mage projects. The fix a few days ago in the Tab2Mage exporter has already modified the Tab2MageConstants class in this project.
The simplest solution is to restructure the code and put everything in a single package that is released together.
