The demux wizard typically demuxes everything in the selected sequencing run(s). It is possible to exclude per lane or libraries that are marked with DoNotUse.

It would be useful if it was possible to explicitly select which libraries to include in the demux.

For example see ticket #1260.

The core functionality already existed but only allowed ignoring libraries with DoNotUse. It is now possible to explicitely specify more libraries to ignore when creating a DemuxDefinition.

Most changes are in the wizard where it is now possible to select which libraries to demux. There are 3 options:

  • All
  • All, except libraries with DoNotUse
  • Selected
