Warning when ftp-config.xml is missing

There should perhaps be a warning when trying to start the BASE ftp-server without ftp-config.xml in place.

Status: new → closed

The FTP Server can't do more about this than throwing the exception it is throwing. It is a problem with the extension system in the core that only logs the error in the Tomcat log file. It may be fixed in BASE 2.9. See ​http://base.thep.lu.se/ticket/1161.
