This seems to be happening after resolving a Qiacube run where one RNA item without an alignment is flagged with DoNotUse.

It seems like everything was saved correctly in the database and that it is only a display issue. Re-starting the flagged alignment wizard and navigating to the same Qiacube run again brings back the same error message.
