Lower-case 'c/d' suffix in the specimen tube registration wizard should be auto-converted to upper case

Description
The specimen tube registration wizard accepts SCAN-B id:s with 7 digits plus an optional 'C' or 'D' suffix. If the suffix is entered in lower-case it will show an error. This is different from the pathology referral form registration which automatically converts a lower-case letter to upper-case. It would be nice if the specimen tube registration wizard could do this as well.

Hmm... this was fixed in #415 [1720] a loooong time ago for the referral form registration, the specimen tube registration and the blood registration. Seems like it was lost in the specimen tube registration for some reason. Probably due to changes in #571 [2677].
