    3 MeLuDI should be updated with new configuration flag `site-prefix-hash-list`. If the project uses site prefixes, the new variable should contain a comma-separated list, where each odd entry is a site prefix, and the following entry is the corresponding site key. It is expected that both site prefixes and keys are unique, i.e. a site cannot be represented by more than one site prefix.
